MACK SUPERLINER
Yellow over Black
The Superliner model production is split across 13 integrated grab rail and has an angled tip. The
different model configurations, with the standard chassis includes fuel tanks on both sides,
configuration covering the Manchester Bros 1988 Mack complete with integrated steps that have a
Superliner and three different color combinations textured upper surface. On the passenger side,
consisting of green over black, red over black, and as there is a cylindrical hydraulic fluid tank with a
pictured here, yellow over black. storage box, again incorporating steps found on
the driver’s side with another storage
As we look around the model, the first thing to notice is compartment mounted centrally behind the cabin
the single exhaust stack rising up behind the cabin. This where a set of red, black and blue flexible service
has been wrapped in a photo-etched heat shield with

The fifth-wheel coupling plate has a working pin
lick system operated be pulling back the lever and
this is a nice feature, with full length fenders
covering the rear wheels, terminating in rubber
mud guards that have a printed Mack logo. All
three axles are fitted with springs, allowing
oscillation movement to simulate the suspension
systems and this works well, while the front axle
has a degree of steering movement.
The tyres have a crisp tread design which is
different pattern between the front and rear
wheels and as we look at the underside of the
model, there is a replicated drivetrain from the
pair of rear driven axles to the transmission and
engine block. Added underside detailing includes
several flexible lines and a set of air tanks.
